Many trust companies are unwilling to manage trusts holding assets other than publicly traded stock, US Bonds, and interest-bearing notes or accounts. These constraints often do not reflect the intent of trust grantors or their intended beneficiaries. We treat client privacy as a principal consideration. While this was not a significant issue historically, a basic internet search will now reveal significantly more information regarding ownership of assets than most property owners would prefer. There are numerous ways of ensuring that corporate and LLC registrations, titles to property, and ownership of other assets are kept private.

Our offices are located in Boca Raton, Florida, by 1-95, only five minutes from the Boca Raton Airport. If meeting in person and building a working relationship with your trustee is important to you (we believe it should be), local accessibility matters.
